Mr. Frank Alphonse is the founder and Chairman of Hands of Africa Foundation. He is also a trainer and business adviser by profession. He has several years of working experience with several non governmental organizations in Africa. He has also a vast knowledge in designing, managing and evaluating projects. As Project Manager with Employ Yourself Tanzania he has conducted many other programmes in Health and Family Planning in Tanzania and Burundi to name a few.Tanzania Albinos Center, being one of the biggest and most challenging project of Hands of Africa Foundation, has enabled him to work in partnership with a lots of persons committed to the cause of Albinos not only in Tanzania but also in Europe and North America. He is deeply touched and most focused on albinos and vulnerable youth and children’s life in Tanzania.Though he is business oriented, he believes that each of us deserves an opportunity to grow and achieve our maximum potential. Hands of Africa Foundation have been working hard to make Africa a better place to live. We promote human right s and fight poverty in the African continent.Since 2005, the organization has grown and developed new projects very outstanding which has paved the way to the development of many communities in Africa. We are happy for these achievements in secondary school education, and for life skills education for albinos in Moshi-Kilimanjaro Tanzania.We are committed and ready to face the challenges that lie ahead of us and wish to bring more developments to the African community as a whole. Education, Health, Poverty, stigmatization, Water, HIV/AIDS and Orphanages are still needs to be addressed. The killings of innocent human beings (Albinos), because of their skins is no longer tolerated and accepted in our community and the whole world.We want to take this golden opportunity to thank Cord-Aid in the Netherlands and ACN our partner in the United State for supporting and making our programmmes and project a success.
