 Hands of Africa Foundation coordinator Mr Joseph Sinda, hands over suncream lotion to MP Ali shaimar Kwegyir during disabled world day on December 2011, which take place at university of Dar Es Salaam, centre is the Minister of Heath and Social Welfair Hon  Haji Mponda, who witness. the sun cream  was donated with our friends organisation AmeriCare Internation in the USA. These suncream will benefit a numbers of albinos in the country.

The organisation will continue to find any ways possible to support the albinos community in East Africa, in the area of health education, awareness and advocacy. Hands of africa Foundation also thank her Majest Queen Elizabeth of United Kingdom for being concern to support towards albinos community in Tanzania.

HAF donate sun cream

The sun cream for children’s and adults worth 8.2 million Tanzania Shillings, is donated from our friend organization Society for Threatened people in Germany

Social Welfare Department assists Albinos Project

The Government of Tanzania through Social Welfare Department has agreed to support the Albinos Life Skills and Education Program. The Department has allocated buildings that use to be a Special College for disabled and handicapped children but was no longer in use because of limited financial means.  After consultation, the buildings were allocated to Tanzanian Albino Project to allow them to extend their educational programs.
